1. Tutoring Agreement
Every new family signs a Tutoring Agreement at least 24 hours before the first session, and that agreement contains the full policies and serves as the final reference. Clients will not be charged until after it is reviewed and signed.
2. Scheduling, Cancellations, and No-Shows
You can cancel or reschedule at no charge with 24 or more hours notice; late cancellations and no-shows are normally billed in full. Exceptions may be made for genuine emergencies at the discretion of the tutor.
3. Late Arrivals
If a student is late, the session still ends at the scheduled time and the full fee applies.
4. Rates and Payments
Current rates are shown on the website and in booking confirmations, and payment is due at scheduling or on the day of the session by Zelle (preferred) or another agreed method.
5. Session Formats and Locations
Sessions are offered online through Google Meet and in person at libraries or approved homes; online students need a quiet space, working audio and video, and the ability to share assignments, with full details on the Online Tutoring & Technology Policies page.
